The Institute of European Studies, University of Wrocław, is pleased to invite university students from across the European Union to participate in a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) entitled:
European Territorial Cooperation as a Response to Contemporary Challenges of European Integration – Communities, Economy, Environment
(4 ECTS)
Programme Overview
The BIP offers a unique opportunity to explore various forms of territorial cooperation in Europe and their importance for local and regional development.
Programme highlights include:
- Lectures and discussions led by academics and practitioners on European territorial cooperation and its multifaceted role in shaping local and regional development.
- Study visits and meetings with regional institutions engaged in territorial cooperation, including the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC), Local Action Groups, and the institution responsible for implementing the Interreg Poland–Czech Republic Programme in the Lower Silesia region.
- Interactive workshops and activities designed to deepen participants’ understanding of the territorial dimension of European integration.
- Opportunities to collaborate and socialise with fellow students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds across Europe.

- Virtual Component (lectures and seminars):

Participation costs can be covered through Erasmus+ funding provided by the student’s home university.
Participant Profile
Applicants should be:
- Second- or third-year Bachelor’s or Master’s students in European Studies, European Diplomacy, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields.
- Demonstrably interested in the topic of the BIP and motivated to actively participate.
- Able to study and work in English (minimum B2 level).
